Stepping away from glitter today to make Zodiac Flower Print for our office. I have had a bit of spare time this week and wanted to do a complete office overhaul.
My office is such a mess and its the room right outside our bedroom so it annoys me daily! I needed a bigger workspace bench so my Dad, Husband and I made some one of timber, I cant wait to write the blog showing you how we did this! Its the perfect size to house my Cricut Explore 2 & Cricut Joy I also don’t have anything hanging on the walls so I wanted to make myself a ‘She is Capricorn” Zodiac Flower print.
Along with challenging myself to learn more skills, you know my writing style is something I have wanted to improve. So this Zodiac Flower print was a perfect opportunity.

What you will need:
So, firstly we used Canva Pro. Yes we pay for Pro, I think its absolutely worth every cent. But in order to execute this project you do not need to get PRO, the free version is certainly sufficient. This part took me a while, research! I googled and read so many different articles about Capricorn. I did this to collate the main text of the Zodiac Flower print. You can be as detailed as you wish, after all its creative writing.
It included what the main traits and tributes of a Capricorn were. Then I got to work typing away. Then I researched the different types of flowers that were relevant. I then hired a graphic designer to make my line drawings. Using the platform Fiverr, which made it very easy to find a graphic designer to help with my designs.
I used a font that looks like it has been typed by an old type writer. The font name is 29LT Makina. Deep golden brown is the colour we opted for, giving it that earthy kind of aesthetic.
Still undecided of whether I like the faded flower in the background or the smaller defined flower at the top, I decided to print both.
I had to play around with the printer settings, making sure it was on A4, the quality was 600 and that it was going to print in colour, it looked great!
Take apart your frame and pop the A4 Zodiac Flower Print into the frame and close it up. And just like that you have your very own gorgeous Zodiac Flower Print to either gift to a friend or keep for yourself!
